Dubai Culture presents a series of innovative workshops for all community members through its School of Life initiative at the Al Safa Art and Design Library and the public libraries in Al Twar, Umm Suqeim, Al Mankhool, and Hatta. The initiative offers a variety of events and sessions aimed at building life skills for all, empowering participants to explore Dubai's unique cultural landscape. It contributes to creating a sustainable creative environment that enriches the knowledge of talented individuals, helps them develop their abilities, and encourages community participation in the cultural and artistic sectors.

In September 2024, School of Life returns to the Dubai Public Library branches under the theme ‘The Journey Begins Again,’ featuring over 20 interactive workshops and sessions through brand new clubs, namely the Family Development Club, Wellness and Nutrition Club, Career Club, and Comics Club, in addition to the Cinema Club, Art Club, Chess Club and Book Club. These sessions focus on developing creative skills, training individuals in effective communication, time management, etiquette, and boosting self-confidence. They also enable participants to balance personal and professional life while introducing them to the aesthetics of fine arts, cinema, the secrets of Japanese manga, and more.
