Dubai Culture has launched the open call for the Interactive Public Art programme, organised in collaboration with the Dubai Public Art Education Programme and supported by the Sikka Platform. The initiative aims to empower artists and creatives through a hands-on learning experience focused on interactive public art. Applications are open from 3 to 7 November 2025.
Over two intensive weeks, participants aged 20 and above will gain practical skills in ideation, prototyping, and installation. The programme will culminate in a collaborative artwork to be showcased at the 14th Sikka Art & Design Festival in 2026.
Applicants should demonstrate an interest in interactive art for public spaces and submit the completed application form along with a CV or creative portfolio (if available).
