Under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Member of the Dubai Council, Dubai Culture has announced the launch of the Dubai Art Season 2024., which runs from 12 January – 7 March, held under the theme ‘Take a Walk on the Art Side’ and encompassing a diverse range of initiatives, entertaining activities, and artistic festivals. Through this season, the Authority aims to empower Dubai’s cultural and artistic sectors, contributing to the realisation of Dubai's cultural vision to cement its position as a global centre for culture, an incubator for creativity and a thriving hub for talent.

The Dubai Art Season 2024 begins with the 3^rd edition of Al Marmoom: Film in the Desert festival, taking place from 12 to 21 January 2024. It continues with activities such as Quoz Arts Fest, the Big Bad Wolf book fair, Emirates Airline Festival of Literature, Sikka Art & Design Festival and Dubai Light Festival. Additionally, there will be the Art Dubai Fair, performances at Dubai Opera, and many other innovative exhibitions, entertainment activities and artistic activities taking place in Dubai over the period.
