Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has announced the launch of the ‘Screenprinting Unlocked’ programme, organised in collaboration with The Workshop Dxb. The initiative invites artists expand their skills, experiment with new disciplines, and strengthen their presence within the art community.
Led by artist Ahmad Makary, the experience will bring together 10 selected participants for interactive workshops, practical sessions, and group showcases. Running from 1 to 12 September 2025, activities will take place at House 436 in Al Shindagha Historical Neighbourhood and The Workshop Dxb in Al Quoz Creative Zone.
Applications are open to all UAE-based artists, designers, and creative practitioners. Supported by the Sikka Platform, the course welcomes both emerging and established talent. Interested applicants should submit the online form (in English), along with a CV and a portfolio of completed work, by September 05, 2025. A selection committee will review all submissions and choose the final cohort.
