The Colours of Emirati Heritage Adorn School of Life

Dubai Culture offers a series of innovative workshops for all ages through its School of Life initiative. These will breathe life into the alleyways of Al Safa Art and Design Library as well as Al Twar, Al Mankhool, and Hatta public libraries. The project aims to build cultural, creative, and life skills for all community members, enabling them to explore Dubai's creative scene. This contributes to creating a sustainable creative ecosystem that enriches the knowledge of talent, hones their skills, and encourages public participation in the cultural and artistic sectors.
The School of Life agenda in December will be adorned with the colours of Emirati heritage. It includes a series of inspiring educational sessions and interactive workshops presented in both Arabic and English through clubs such as ‘Book Club’, ‘Talli Club’, ‘Crochet Club,’ ‘Leadership Club’, and ‘Wiki Club’. These sessions provide an opportunity to explore the beauty of Emirati heritage, unravel the secrets of Al Talli craft, stroll through the alleys of Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, and learn about photography techniques and intellectual property rights.
