Dubai Culture is hosting the fifth Interactive Reading Clubs Day, sponsored by the School of Life initiative and organised by leading reading clubs in the UAE. The programme creates an engaging, creative environment for literature enthusiasts and those interested in Arabic novels. It aims to promote collective reading, encourage constructive critique and literary analysis, and provide a platform for public and private institutions to exchange ideas and strengthen the local cultural scene.
The event, scheduled to take place at the Etihad Museum on 20 April, will feature discussions on the shortlisted novels for the International Prize for Arabic Fiction. The highlighted works include Danshmand by Ahmed Fadel Al-Din, The Valley of the Butterflies by Azher Jirijees, The Andalusian Messiah by Taissier Khalaf, The Women's Charter by Haneen Al-Sayegh, and The Touch of Light by Nadia Al-Najjar.
Note: This session is held in Arabic only
