Dubai Culture presents a rich programme of activities and entertainment during the third Hatta Cultural Nights, which will take place from 22 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, at Hatta Heritage Village. The aim is to enhance the community’s connection with the Emirati heritage and explore the region, including its historical, natural, and cultural aspects, contributing to its prominence on the tourism map.

Vistors to the festival can enjoy a series of poetry evenings, distinctive folk and artistic performances by specialised folk groups, including Harbiya, Al-Ayyala, Al Yowlah, and Al Azi. The programme also includes sessions of Rebaba and Oud playing, Hakawati sessions, interactive African drum performances, bubble shows, balloon activities, inflatable games, and more. It features a unique collection of productive families and creative talent, empowering them to showcase their work to all community members.

Visitors can also enjoy interactive workshops on Arabic calligraphy and traditional handicrafts, in addition to a traditional cooking competition for Hatta residents. Other elements include henna art, a traditional corner, and a dedicated area for Emirati folk games, enriching children's experiences and introducing them to the diversity of local heritage.
