Preparing the nation's cultural ambassadors The Certified Cultural Guide programme is one of the distinguished programmes launched by Dubai Culture to engage the youth during the summer vacation by participating in useful activities that would open for them wide horizons of skills in the art of cultural guidance, where they will learn how to organise cultural tours in the emirate’s museums and heritage sites, instil a love of the homeland and belonging in them as well as discover promising talents in this field who would be ambassadors for their homeland to visitors of different ages and nationalities. The Certified Cultural Guide programme provides students with a valuable opportunity to learn about the historical and heritage places in the emirate, develop their leadership skills, and enhance their self-confidence and ability to communicate with others. The programme includes theoretical training and practical tours in museums over five days under the supervision of accredited cultural guides. After passing the practical assessment, students will obtain a 'Certified Cultural Guide' certificate.
