2. A presentation of the works to be presented (except for the service of registering theater groups in the Dubai Youth Theater Festival and/the service of requesting the registration of trainers in the Dubai Performing Arts Program workshops)
3. A personal photo of the artist (except for the registration service for theater groups in the Dubai Youth Theater Festival and the service for requesting the registration of trainers in the Dubai Performing Arts Program workshops)

Application To Register Artists For Sikka Art Festival
1. Log in to the website/smart application to start the service
2. Fill out the application and attach the required documents
3. Submit the application and receive an email with the application number
4. Receiving the notification to report the initial status of the application (rejection - acceptance - review/missing documents)
5. Receiving an invitation to hold a meeting with initially accepted applicants
6. Receiving the final results for all applicants (acceptance - rejection)
7. Receiving an invitation to hold a meeting with all artists nominated to participate (to evaluate the works by the evaluator)

Application To Register Artists For Dubai International Arabic Calligraphy Exhibition
1. Log in to the website/smart application to start the service
2. Fill in the required data
3. Submitting the application
4. Receive email notification of acceptance or rejection the status of the application after its evaluation by the committee

Application To Register Trainers For Dubai Performing Arts Program Workshops
1. Log in to the website/smart application to start the service
2. Fill out the application to register as a trainer in the workshop and submit the application, attaching the required documents
3. Receive email notification of acceptance or rejection
4. If the request is accepted, the trainer will be contacted to arrange a personal meeting, coordinate workshop arrangements, and agree on all technical and financial matters.

Application To Register Performing Groups For Dubai Festival For Youth Theatre
1. Log in to the website/smart application to start the service
2. Fill out the application to register as a theater group in the Dubai Youth Theater Festival and submit the application, attaching the required documents
3. Contact the applicant by email to schedule an appointment with the viewing and selection committee to present the theatrical performance for evaluation
4. Submitting the theatrical presentation on the specified date before the viewing and selection committee for the purpose of evaluation
5. Receive a notification of acceptance or rejection of the application by e-mail based on the result of the evaluation of the viewing and selection committee
