This service enables Customers  to apply for a five-year membership with Dubai Public Libraries for all membership categories, except for children’s membership, which remains valid until the child reaches the age of 12. The library membership provides access to a wide range of benefits and services offered exclusively to members.

Public Library Application (DPL)
1- Create an account on the Dubai Public Libraries smart app or log in using UAE PASS (for new memberships).
2- Log in to the Dubai Public Libraries smart app.
3- Select the "E-Services" link on the Dubai Public Libraries services platform.
4- Choose the service "Subscription to Public Library Membership."
5- Select the membership type (Children / Students / People of Determination / Thukher Cardholders / Government Employees / Individual / Family / Institutions and Companies).
6- Fill in the account upgrade request form and attach the required documents based on the selected membership type.
7- Review and confirm the information provided by the applicant.
8- Submit the application and wait for approval from the Libraries Department.
9- Pay the membership fee via Dubai Pay according to the selected membership type.
10- Activate the membership card through the Dubai Public Libraries smart app.

DCAA Website and Application
1-Access to DCAA website or smart app to begin the service by navigating to the E-Services section and selecting Library Services.
2- Navigate to the DPL (Dubai Public Libraries) platform.
3- Create a library login account / or log in using UAE PASS and activate the account via email (for new memberships).
4- Select the "E-Services" link on the Dubai Public Libraries service platform.
5- Choose the "Public Library Membership Subscription" service.
6- Select the appropriate membership type
7- Complete the account upgrade request form and attach the required documents according to the selected membership type.
8- Submit the application and wait for approval from the Libraries Department.
9- Pay the membership fee via Dubai Pay based on the selected membership type.
10 -Activate the digital library membership card through the Dubai Public Libraries smart app.
