This service allows the booking of guided tours, either in-person or virtually, for tourist groups and institutions at the heritage neighborhoods and sites affiliated with the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority.
1.Access the website /smart application to start the service
2.Select the heritage site to be booked
3.Fill out the booking form for spaces and facilities in heritage sites
4.Apply for Booking Request
5.Notify the customer of the status of the request
