1. Before the member can cancel their membership, they must settle any outstanding financial claims and return all borrowed library assets.
2. Manual memberships are legacy memberships that were applied for through a paper form, and a paper receipt was given to the customer upon subscription.
3. The security deposit is refunded from one of the libraries' affiliated service centers.
4. The membership card is considered canceled as soon as the member recovers the security deposit.
5. For memberships registered as of (01/05/2023), a bank transfer is received as the method for refunding the security deposit.
