Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) returns with a new season of Library Talks, a programme designed to connect creatives with audiences and strengthen the role of literature in Dubai’s cultural landscape. It features artistic workshops, literary discussions, and poetry evenings led by a diverse line-up of authors, poets, and speakers.

As part of the initiative, which falls under the Authority’s ‘School of Life’ project, Al Safa Art and Design Library will host the poetry evening, ‘Poems in the Love of the Nation’, on 26 April, celebrating identity and collective memory. Moderated by MaryamHamoud , the session brings together Emirati poets Amer Al Shibli, Ahmed Al Asam, Asma Al Hammadi, Amal Al Sahlawi, Sheikha Al Mutairi, and Najat Al Dhaheri, who will share works reflecting a deep sense of patriotism.
