Dubai Culture, in partnership with the Emirates Youth Council for Culture and National Identity and in collaboration with Dubai Al Ahli Theater, is organising the 'Fikra – Idea Creation and Development' workshop, aimed at opening new horizons for talented individuals, inspiring and encouraging them to develop their potential and hone their skills within an environment that fosters innovation, experimentation and continuous learning in the field of performing and theatrical arts.

Led by Emirati director and artist Abdullah Al Junaibi, the workshop will take place at Etihad Museum from 19 to 25 September. Its programme will feature a series of lectures and group discussions designed to help participants explore the nature of the creative mind and the environments that stimulate idea creation and generation. Participants will also learn how to draw inspiration from diverse experiences, capture and evaluate ideas, preserve their essence, develop them further, and make creative decisions with confidence and clarity. The workshop will equip participants with new tools to refine their ideas and transform them into dynamic projects that can grow and contribute to the development of the cultural and creative industries.
