Venue Booking Request for Museums & Heritage Sites

This service revolves around submitting an application to book spaces and facilities in Museums & Heritage Sites in order to use such for meetings, events and workshops

Service Procedure

  • Procedures and steps to obtain service

    1. Submit a booking request including filling out the Venue Booking Agreement
    2. The booking request is responded to within 48 hours
    3. The booking is confirmed by e-mail with payment method
    4. Pay the booking fees

  • Receive confirmation

    The booking is confirmed by the museum administration via e-mail

Required Documents

  • Emirates ID + Passport copy
  • A presentation of the event and the agenda
  • A valid commercial license for non-governmental agencies
