I acknowledge and pledge that I have read and reviewed all the terms and conditions related to the application for obtaining the Creative and Talented Credential Certificate, which will qualify me to obtain the Golden Visa for creative people of culture and art. Since I wish to obtain this certificate, I pledge to the following:

That all information and data contained in the submitted application are accurate and correct.
Do not communicate directly with any member of the committee except through official channels and inquire through the call center or e-mail designated for that purpose.
There is nothing in the CV submitted by me or the documents that negatively affects my application submitted for the purposes of obtaining the Creative and Talented Accreditation Certificate, whether in terms of security, ethics or reputation, or anything that negatively affects the reputation of Dubai or the United Arab Emirates.
No objection to disclosing all information and data provided by me to the competent authorities for the purposes of obtaining the necessary approvals for the submitted application.
No objection to the Authority listing my name and data related to the application submitted by me and the category of residence obtained on the Authority’s websites and/or pages.
If the application submitted to obtain a creative and talented accreditation certificate is rejected:
- Do not contact the Authority to inquire about the reasons of rejection.
- Do not re-submit the application until one year after the date of submission.
Not to carry out any cultural, artistic, or literary works within the emirates that affect public order, public morals, customs, and traditions, or that disdain religions or harm them or their members, or what is considered hate speech within the country.
The Authority or any of its representatives may contact me regarding the application submitted by me Through the communication details provided by me in the application.
Compliance with any instructions or requirements issued by the Authority before, during, and after submitting the application to obtain the Creative and Talented Accreditation Certificate.
