Dubai Culture has issued an open call for participation in the third Dubai Festival for Youth Music, which is set to be held on 31 October 2024 at the Etihad Museum. The initiative aims to provide an innovative platform for discovering emerging talent in all areas of musical arts, supporting and developing their skills, and encouraging them to continue their creative endeavours.

Dubai Culture invites all Emirati and UAE-based musicians aged between 15 and 35 to participate in various performance categories, including solo and group singing, and instrumental music such as the oud, wind instruments, and piano.

The Authority will accept applications for festival participation until 26 July 2024, after which a group of seasoned professionals, renowned musicians, and distinguished artists will serve on the specialised committee tasked with assessing the abilities of participants during auditions, setting the stage for the culminating performances of the festival's competition.
